📣 How it works:
- Refer a candidate for any full-time role at Eclipse.
- Email Jess [Head of People and Talent] at [email protected] with the subject line “[Role] - Referred by [your full name]” with a copy of the person’s resume, their full name, and any relevant links that may be helpful in assessing them.
- If you are an employee, refer the candidate through Greenhouse. You will not be allocated credit if you do not submit their information in Greenhouse as a referral.
- If your referral is successfully hired into one of our open roles, employees will receive $10,000 and non-employees will receive a $5,000 referral bonus.
- Candidate needs to have been employed by Eclipse for 30 days before payout.
- If the same candidate is referred by multiple people, whomever referred the candidate first will receive the referral bonus.
